韓国Airbnb社がヤミ民泊のリスティングを削除

韓国Airbnb社は政府から旅館営業の許可を取得していな「いヤミ民泊物件」のリスティングを削除する方針のようです。forbes.comが報じています。報道によれば、11月15日までに削除が実施される可能性があるとのこと。

取締が来たら「友人」と言って

韓国のヤミ民泊業者も、ゲストに対して「第三者が訪ねて何者かと質問されたら、自分たちは友人もしくは家族を訪問している」と答えてくれと指示しているそうです。日本のヤミ民泊事業者も同様の手口で取締を誤魔化そうとするケースが多いです。韓国と日本は、ヤミ民泊に関して同じような状況にあるといえるでしょう。
